The intent of this project is to construct/install approximately 300ft of fencing and 2 gates. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 90 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of fence, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. There is to be no subcontracting of this project. 2. Fence height is to be 9ft. with finished side to face in. 3. Fence posts are to be 6in.x6in.pt. placed every 8ft. on centers. 4. Depth for post's is to be 48in. with 2-80lb. bags of Sakrete per post. 5. Five 2x6x8 pt. rail's to be installed at 1'-3'-5'-7'&9' above grade. Rail's to be attached with 3" coated screw's 6. 2x6x8 pt. to be attached to rail's & post's horizontal at above heights as bracing, 3" coated fastener's to be used. 7. 1"x6"x9' Dog eared picket's to be installed on rail's attached with 2 1/2 " screw's 8. One 6' double gate and one 3' single gate to be fabricated as above and installed at location's per layout. Location: 6574 Dysinger Rd.
