The Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Spartanburg will accept sealed bids for playground equipment purchase, installation, and set up at Lake Bowen Anchor Park This bid specifications includes removal and disposal of old playground equipment. This is an equal opportunity solicitation. In its sole discretion, Spartanburg Water reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses received. The Commission of Public Works of the City of Spartanburg (referred herein as Owner) requests responses for the purchase, installation, and set-up of playground equipment at Lake Bowen Anchor Park located at 8515 Highway 9, Inman, SC 29349. Specifications of the bid will include the removable and disposal of old playground equipment. Please direct all inquiries concerning this project to: Johnny L. Deliver and install all playground equipment as listed in Exhibit A. b. Access to the Play Area compliant with ADA standards. c. Install to a depth of (6) six inches IPEMA Certified Rubber Mulch for playground area. d. Removal and proper disposal of existing playground equipment.
