This work only includes the work specified in the Bid Schedule - Concrete Work, Placement of Class 2 Aggregate Base under the concrete and at bottom of Bioretention Area . Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and perform all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as Guava Court Drainage and Parking Improvements Project. according to the Contract Documents. The work to be done consists of supplying all labor, methods or processes, implements, tools, machinery, equipment and materials and other work not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be required as directed by CITY or its designated representative, management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, plant, services, engineering, testing and/or any other act or thing required to diligently and fully perform and complete the work. The work includes mobilization and traffic control. Pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 3300, City has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class A and Class C-8 License at the time that the bid is submitted. The contractor shall also possess a valid City of Saratoga Contractor's Business License at the time the contract is awarded. Failure to possess the specified license shall render the bid non-responsive.
