Reference Number 0000329868 Construction Management At Risk for - New Oklahoma County Adult Detention Center The Owner seeks Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR) for this project. Project Respondents to this RFQ will be expected to interface with and provide support to the Owner and the Owner's Project Architect. The Construction Budget Limitation is up to, but not exceed: Two hundred eighty million dollars ($280,000,000) to include both a jail and a behavioral health mental facility.
