A more detailed scope is expected to be released on a future date. As of October 2, 2023, this project has been approved by the The Conservation Commission. An engineer has been selected for the project. Information regarding the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released, however, construction is not expected to begin before 2024. The scope of work includes rehabilitation of an existing sewer pump station, temporary bypass pumping, installation of approximately 597 linear feet of 10-inch diameter (IPS) DR-17 HDPE force main, installation of approximately 52 linear feet of 21-inch PVC gravity sewer, replacement of one (1) sewer service connection, and other related tasks in the Town of Burlington, Massachusetts. The work of the contract shall be completed by November 15, 2025.
