The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals for tree trimming, removal, and maintenance services to be provided on an as needed basis in the city of Bowie, Maryland. he City reserves the right to reject any proposals if the City is not satisfied that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract. The City further reserves the right to reduce or modify the scope of the Services to meet funding limits and the City's schedule. By submission of a proposal, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the Request for Proposals. The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). It is the responsibility of each bidder or prospective bidder to refer to the Bid Locker website for any available amendments, addenda, cancellations, and additional information regarding this RFP. It is not the City of Bowie's responsibility to notify participating bidders by email or by any other means of any such amendments, addenda, cancellations or additional information. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Proposals shall be submitted by email to Robin Jones at rjones@cityofbowie.org. Deadline for inquiries is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, September 27, 2023, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents. Neither the City nor its representatives shall be liable for any expenses incurred by anyone in connection with the preparation of a response to this RFP.
