**As of October 25, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on November 27, 2023.** The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for the removal of nine (9) touch-read water meters and the installation of nine (9) City supplied AMR (Automated Meter Reading) meters at various locations in the City of Bowie. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Jackie Tayman at jtayman@cityofbowie.org no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, October 6, 2023, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents. The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
