Site work for a water / sewer project in Bothell, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is part of a larger utility effort to repair and replace water, sewer, and stormwater utilities within the affordable housing area of the Woodcrest Neighborhood. Water system improvements will include replacing undersized water mains to provide improved fire flow. The work will also remove a single existing master meter that serves all of the homes and instead provide individual service lines and water meters to each residence. As of October 24, 2023, this project is included in the City of Bothel's 2023-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding for construction is allotted for FY 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
