Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of May 22, 2024 project was awarded to Lakeside Industries, Inc, awarded amount is $2,300,053.96.** The NE 195th St Overlay proposes to overlay NE 195th St/Beardslee Blvd from 112th Ave NE to North Creek Parkway, including the legs of North Creek Pkwy intersection. The general aspects of this work will involve pavement planing of general purpose lanes, bicycle lanes, turn lanes, and ADA required modifications to sidewalk ramps. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 50. Please contact Lauren Freist at lauren.freist@bothell wa.gov for any questions regarding this project. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond payable to the City of Bothell and in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. The City of Bothell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Contract Provisions. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $1,750,000 to $2,350,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
