The State Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS), on behalf of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (HIEMA) is soliciting for availability and pricing to provide emergency generator maintenance for Previously Installed Generators in the County of Maui for a period of one (1) year. Interested vendors shall provide a monthly cost for all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, etc., to support the generators listed below and as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement and Facility Assessments. Installed Generators: 1. Olowalu Well #1 - 814 Honoapiilani Highway 2. Lahaina Pump Station #5 - 519-527 Front Street 3. FEMA EPA Staging Area (A) - HI-30 4. FEMA EPA Staging Area (B) - HI-30 5. MPD Morgue - 1831 Wili Pa Loop Installed Generators (not Connected): 1. Launiupoko Well #1 - 800 Kai Hele Ku Street 2. Launiupoko Well #2 - 99 Wailau Place 3. Lahaina Civic Center (Chillers) - 1840 Honoapiilani Highway 4. Lahaina Civic Center (Lights/Outlets) - 1840 Honoapiilani Highway 5. Lahaina Comp Health Center - Akoakoa Place 6. DWS Waipuka Well 7.
