Renovation of an educational facility in New Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The New Milford Public Schools (the District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction and related services in connection with planned upgrades and improvements to the New Milford Question Deadline: 09/20/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond with Surety and a Certificate of Insurance satisfactory to the Corporation Counsel for the faithful performance of the contract. The District reserves the right without prejudice to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof for any reason, to negotiate changes to proposal terms, waive minor inconsistencies with the request for proposals, and to select the proposal the committee deems best fits the needs of the District. All questions about the proposals should be directed to Matt Cunningham, Director of Facilities, by email at cunninghamm@newmilfordps.org by Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 12PM.
