Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of December 12, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project will consist of the demolition of the interior and some exterior facade elements of the existing county building formally used as the county Print Shop. The new occupancy will be the Chesterfield County Police, Analytic and Strategic Operations Center. The interior partitions, ceiling, storefront, windows, and finishes will be new construction. The exterior will receive new building elements and an awning as specified in the drawings. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be demolished and replaced with new systems. Limited civil work as indicated on the civil drawings.
