Reference Number 0000329894 The SC10 and SC11 Sanitary Sewer Upgrades Project includes identified "priority" capital improvement programs (CIPs) from the 2017 WWMP. These CIP projects were selected as a priority because the sections of pipe do not have the hydraulic capacity to adequately convey the existing flows leaving the area susceptible to surcharge events and possible sanitary sewer overflows. The pipes that are to be replaced and upsized are in developed areas. The work includes replacing the existing manholes and sanitary sewer line with larger capacity pipes. The work includes open trench and trenchless (tunnel and pipe bursting) construction methods. These upgrades allow for increased capacity to meet existing and future system needs.
