Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc., the Construction Manager-At-Risk, will accept proposals from subcontractors and suppliers for the London ISD High School Baseball & Softball Fields located in Corpus Christi, Texas The work includes, but is not limited to site demo, earthwork, site utilities, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, joint sealants, painting, athletic equipment, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), mechanical/electrical/plumbing, special systems, artificial turf, fencing and gates, landscape and irrigation, and all related work as defined by the documents included herein. *The Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposal process and to accept the proposal which it considers to offer the best value to the Owner.
