Reference Number 0000255635 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 22, 2023 02:00 PM EDT Bgis Wishes to Retain the Services of Specialized Suppliers for Roof Inspection Services to Be Performed on Request, for a Period of Three (3) Years, From October 15, 2023 to October 14, 2026, for Various Buildings Located in the Province of Quebec. This Call for Tenders Consists of Inspecting Roofs to Ensure That the Roof Covering Remains Waterproof Throughout Its Useful Life in Order to Detect Any Problem That Risks Causing Premature Wear and, Repair Them as Quickly as Possible. As Quickly as Possible, if Necessary to Increase Its Longevity. Bgis Will Qualify a Bank of Suppliers for Each Geographic Region. When an Inspection is Required, Bgis Will Send a Request for Quotation to All Qualified Suppliers. Suppliers Must Use the Hourly Rates Submitted to Bgis During This Call for Tenders. A Submission Must Be Sent to Bgis Within Five (5) Business Days of Receipt of a Request. Buildings Are Grouped by Geographic Region. The Buildings and Regions Are Identified in Appendix 6 - List of Buildings. A Bidder May Bid for One, Several or All Geographic Regions. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
