Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parkville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work generally includes: Scope A new park at the SE corner of Highway 9 and NW 62nd Street in Parkville, MO. The work consists of (but not limited to) site grading, new concrete sidewalks and stairs with metal handrails, installation of an owner-provided drinking fountain and decorative light pole. Alternate #1 work, as indicated on the drawings, includes the installation of a gravel trail and concrete ADA-compliant parking space. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, telephone number is 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc. Pre-bid site visits may occur with or without being accompanied by a City Employee.
