Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,800-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Include in the quote: excavation i.e. excavator time, raising, transport of excavation equipment, soil test if necessary, sand, compaction, protective fence, etc. Sealed pit and l 'excavation. 100 amp electrical input. Basic lighting. Plumbing for floor pit. Concrete pump if necessary. Housekeeping and inspection upon delivery. The laws, policies and directives in force in Canada are applicable and must be respected. Any requests for technical or contractual information must be made to the contracting authority. Requests for information or details must be made to the contracting authority at least five (5) calendar days before the call for tenders closing date to allow enough time to reply.
