The work will take place from October 2 to November 10, 2023. Brief description of the work: Demolition of the existing roof system. Demolition of the steel structure for solar collector. Demolition of the old roof bases for the condensing unit. Demolition of existing vents and drains. Remove, store and reinstall the condensing unit. New roofing system. New slope insulation. New vents and drains. New roof bases for condensing unit. New bases for mechanical ducts. New compartmentalization joints between basins. Paint mechanical equipment on the roof (hood and gooseneck). New protective sidewalk. *Award is subject to final approval.
