The RFP is an invitation to submit a proposal for the development of a comprehensive Master Campus Plan for AU's Brampton location, which may include potential sites within other neighbouring locations identified within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The purpose of the Master Campus Plan is to help AU identify and frame its Brampton and GTA presence and provide an overall urban long term strategy to 2050. The RFP is an invitation to submit a proposal for professional Services to deliver a Master Campus Plan for Algoma University in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The Successful Proponent will develop a Campus Master Plan that takes into consideration not only Brampton, but also the next practical campus locations in the GTA if Brampton is hindered in its physical growth or no longer presents the best opportunity for AU. In addition to the Campus Master Plan, the Successful Proponent shall develop supporting documents, including, but not be limited to: Feasibility Study; Growth Strategy; and Phasing Plan in alignment with projected enrolment growth. The term of the Agreement will be two (2) years, with an option for Algoma University to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of one (1) year each for a total Agreement term not to exceed three (3) years.
