Site work for a civil project in Oakland, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Site Directions: The Project is located north of Palmer Street between Parker Road and Ridge Court and in Chautauqua Park at the south end of Old Road/Freeman Street. This project consists of the installation of two standby generators to support two existing lift stations within the City of Oakland sewer collection system. It includes all supporting electrical equipment as designated on the construction drawings and within the specifications. The Project is located north of Palmer Street between Parker Road and Ridge Court and in Chautauqua Park at the south end of Old Road/Freeman Street. No bids received Est. Value:$ 309,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Nov. 29, 2024 City of Oakland will consider the construction bids received and will either award a contract, reject all bids, or adjourn thereon to a subsequent meeting of the City Council. The Agency has to concur in the award before the Owner can issue the Notice of Award for the project. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There is no Pre-Bid Conference anticipated for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the form of the bid, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the Owner.
