Every year, The City of Maquoketa requests sealed bids for prices on the following materials: concrete, road stone, clean stone, lime, and sand products to be used by the Public Works Department for January through November of 2024. Any questions about the bidding process for these projects may be directed to the Public Works Director at 563-652-4628 The City reserves the right to reject all bids, quotes, either all or in part, waive informalities and make a decision that best suits its application. Sales tax does not get included in your bid. The City Council may award the bid at the council meeting on Monday, October 16, 2023. Orders for Materials will be on an as needed basis Duration of Bids: your bid(s) shall be for a complete and not-to-exceed amount. All bids shall be good for 30 days after the bid opening. For any questions to be considered, they must include all required information and prices
