Renovation of an educational facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is the re-roofing of Field House buildings at Walker Valley High School 750 Lauderdale Memorial Hwy. 37312 Cleveland, Tennessee. It consists of Installing Insulation between rib in R Pannel roof 1|2 " HD recovery board fastened to deck 60 mil TPO Mechanically fastened to deck new edge metal with all related flashing. The Contractor will be permitted to start at his earliest convenience after the award of a contract. Scheduling must be coordinated with the School Principal and School System Maintenance Director prior to the start to ensure students are not in the affected areas Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever.
