Scope of Work Lump Sum Work Applicable areas include: Softball Fields: infield, all dirt (skinned) Baseball fields: Area between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (skinned) dirt Pitcher s mound Home plate Warning track The contract term shall be effective from the Date of Award through February 28, 2024, and/or final sign-off by the WCPS Contract Administrator with 50% completion expected by November 30, 2023, and 75% completion expected by December 31, 2023. The contract may be extended for two additional one-year terms, after mutual agreement and following formal approval by the Board of Education of Washington County. All terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged Tentative Award Date: October 17, 2023 All trade persons performing work under this contract as a general contractor or a subcontractor must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the local subdivision and State.
