Number: AC-STBG-NHPP-000B(275)E Description: This Contract consists of the application of Crack Seal material and Micro-Surfacing (MS) at various locations in Washington County. Work shall be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. Except for emergency conditions, it is unlikely that work will be scheduled for the months of November through March. There will be instances that a roadway will require nightwork. Before each task assignment, the contractor and the Engineer will discuss whether night work will be required. Pre Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the IFB. Bids must only be made upon latest the electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids.
