GC scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Removing the existing floor and floor framing system, installing temporary support measures to the structure supported by interior columns, providing helical piles to re-establish foundation support for the interior column loads, replacing steel beams and wood framing and flooring system along with site improvements to address perimeter settlement. The work also includes re-insulating hot water piping as part of the heating system removed earlier by an asbestos abatement contractor.
