Installation of Forced Entry-Resistant Door and Window Film This information is provided to instruct on how to prepare a proposal as requested. The contract will be awarded to the company who, based on all responses and applying all criteria, is determined by the District to be the best-qualified company to provide the required product and service. This task order will be awarded in accordance with GSA federal acquisition service multiple award schedules. FAR 8.4. All terms and conditions of the multiple award schedules will apply. Only GSA schedule holders will be solicited. The Birdville ISD invites you to provide a proposal for the purchase and installation of forced entry-resistant film on selected windows and doors at 21 of its school campuses. The specific locations of the film can be found on the attached building plans and list of portable buildings and multi-classroom modular buildings. See attached list with building addresses. Portable Buildings and Multi-Classroom Modular Buildings The District has a number of 2-classroom and multi-classroom modular buildings around the District.
