Completed plans call for the addition of a 17,900-square-foot educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 137,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the remodel of a 14,400-square-foot educational facility.

This Project includes major renovations and additions at Meridian School Districts Northwest and Magnolia Middle Schools.At Northwest, 7,500 square feet of new addition is to be built in 3 locations; 91,800 square feet of existing space will be renovated; 2,000 square feet of existing space is to be remodeled and 5,600 square feet of exterior improvements are to be built. At Magnolia, 7,400 square feet of new addition is to be built in 3 locations; 45,700 square feet of existing space will be renovated; 12,400 square feet of space will be remodeled more thoroughly, and 4,500 square feet of new awning shall be added. These projects are to be funded by the recently passed city bond issue. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A.
