The major scope of this project is taking place in Council District 3. Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by South Hills Avenue to the north, Manderly Place to the south, Bellaire Circle to the west and Carolyn Road to the east. The project is in Council District 3 and will impact the Westcliff neighborhood association and Westcliff West neighborhood association. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 337 LF 6" Water Pipe 9,994 LF 8" Water Pipe 3,046 LF 12" Water Pipe 3,432 LF 4" Sewer Pipe 2,496 LF 8" Sewer Pipe (Open Cut) 2,583 LF 8" Sewer Pipe (Pipe Enlargement) Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. To ensure potential bidders are kept up to date of any new information pertinent to this project, all interested parties are requested to email Expressions of Interest in this procurement to the City Project Manager and the Design Engineer.
