Renovation of a conference / convention center in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
1. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, INDUSTRIAL (WAREHOUSE, ETC.) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith & Sharon Frost at email addresses: SmithD76@michigan.gov & FrostS1@michigan.gov .The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). The scope of work includes but is not limited to replacement of the existing interior bubble gates with new sliding gates, including controls and interlocking system at the main bubble gate and control center. Also included are flooring, painting, ceilings, lighting, hvac, reconfiguration of three spaces. Replacement work includes hardware, glazing, sealants etc. It is a requirement that the removal of the gates be constructed to allow one of the gates to always be in place to continue to provide security. Gate replacement will be night work, prep work for gate replacement can be completed during normal work hours. 5% Bid Security: Required Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
