PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE PARKING COUNTER SYSTEM Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office is considering issuing a commercial Request for Proposal for the Purchase and Installation of a Parking Garage Counter System at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. The installation shall consist of all the necessary parts and shop drawings to complete the work described in the attached statement of work. We invite the interested parties to join us in a pre-solicitation conference so that we may discuss the possible commercial applications for the project.
