Zakaria Construction submitted the lowest total base bid in the amount of $200,000.00 along with Alternate No. 1 in the amount of $60,000.00, Alternate No. 2 in the amount of $75,000.00, Alternate No. 3 in the amount of 85,000.00, and Alternate No. 4 in the amount of $20,000.00. On Smith Wright Hall, Contractor needed to replace existing slate roof with new standing seam metal roof. Roof area approximately 8,800 sq ft. Repair or replace gutters and cornice, and install new downspouts. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals In order that the selection process is as objective as possible, do not contact members of the Board of Trustees, or any university officials other than the project manager.
