Questions are to be addressed to the contact person and must be submitted via email. The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids for the Fields Park Restroom ADA Remodel. The project consists of remodeling the existing restroom at Fields Park to make it ADA compliant. This includes replacing the existing toilet and providing a new floor in the existing restroom. Site improvements include ADA accessibility to the restroom entrance. Building plans are included in the attached bid package. a. The project encompasses all work to remodel the existing restroom at Fields Park to make it ADA compliant. This includes: Removing existing structures (toilet paper roll holder, flooring, ADA grab bars, door, soap dispenser). Repairing, patching, and leveling flooring. Demolishing existing toilet, threshold, and hand dryer. Repairing and leveling concrete pad New Work: fluid applied flooring, new threshold, new thin profile hand dryer, new ADA compliant stainless steel toilet, install grab bars, vandal resistant toilet paper holder, frameless mirror, vandal resistant soap dispenser, walls painted with epoxy paint, new HM door, new concrete pad, painting (walls, door and frames, ceiling).
