Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport Authority is seeking qualified Offerors to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to produce and deliver documents, plans, studies and/or specifications related to necessary On-Call Airport Engineering Services for various local, state and federally funded projects for the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. This solicitation is not project specific. Qualified Offerors shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to produce and deliver documents, plans, studies and/or specifications related to necessary On-Call Airport Engineering Services for various local, state and federally funded projects for the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. This solicitation is not project specific. The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submitted should represent as completely as practicable the Offeror's experience in all areas of airport and general planning, design and construction administration. Per the latest FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects, the Airport Engineering basic services include, but are not limited to, the four distinct and sequential phases summarized. The scope of work includes the pre-design, design and deliverables necessary to complete projects anticipated over the term of the contract. The term is a three-year base contract with two optional one-year extensions. It is anticipated that individual projects may be assigned to the selected Offeror(s) periodically, on an as-needed basis, over the contracted period. PMGAA reserves the right to stop assigning projects to the selected Offeror(s) at any time and to perform a new consultant selection or engage the services of other consultants for specific projects on a case-by-case basis. The projects identified below may be assigned over the term of the contract and may or may not be included in PMGAA's Capital Improvement Program.
