Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mammoth Lakes, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and residential development.
Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary for repairs on State Owned Housing (SOH) and hatchery building. Engineers Estimate: $ 900,000.00 A bidder's bond of at least 10% of the bid amount shall be submitted with bid. A 100% performance bond and 100% payment bond are required for this project. To qualify for the DVBE Incentive Preference, the bidder must achieve a minimum DVBE participation goal of 3%. License Required: A - "General Engineering Contractor" or B - " General Building Contractor" The project's bid award is subject to the "Small Business Procurement and Contract Act" five (5) percent bid preference rules.
