Contractor shall provide an on-call, as-needed, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to maintain the domestic water system at California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Hot Creek Hatchery (HCH) in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. The agreement shall also include monthly inspection of the water treatment system. All repair and inspection work will ensure that the facilities continue to function properly. Bidder's Bond is waived for this project Performance Bond is waived for this project All questions concerning this IFB must be submitted directly to Edith Derheim at edith.derheim@wildlife.ca.gov on or before October 24, 2023, at 12:00PM (PT). The contract term will be from February 15, 2024, or upon Department of General Services approval date, whichever is later, through June 30, 2026. Location: The services will be performed at 121 Hot Creek Hatchery Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546, Mono County The application of the five percent (5%) Small Business bidding preference is extended to non-small businesses that commit to subcontracting at least twenty-five percent (25%) of its net bid price to California Certified Small Businesses and/or Micro-businesses.
