The Mono County Community Development Department (CDD) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and contract with qualified consultants that may receive requests on an as-needed basis to perform a range of activities associated with the CDD's implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as support roles associated with the CDD's ongoing planning efforts throughout Mono County. The CDD is interested in contracting with consultant(s) that will conduct and coordinate project-specific requests related to planning and environmental services, which may include environmental analysis under state and federal requirements, program management, feasibility studies, concept design, mapping, and other planning or environmental services. Consultants who specialize in a specific area of planning and environmental consulting may submit a proposal to provide a particular service under the RFP; for example, biologist(s) may submit a proposal solely to fulfill project-specific requests for biological studies.
