To restore a section of the driveway at the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 4261 Gellatly Road. South, West Kelowna BC. Scope of Work: i) Area A – Patch by Biofilter Area (see Exhibit 1 photographs) Work shall include the following: Area of work is approx 3.4 meters long by approx. 4.4 meters wide. Remove (rip-out) and dispose of existing asphalt at identified areas Grade down base Apply 4” packed crush Apply weed killer Apply SSI (adhesive) to face of existing asphalt Apply 4” asphalt packed to make flush to old/existing asphalt. ii) Area B – Patch by UV Building (see Exhibit 2 photographs) Work shall include the following: Area of work is approx. 4.8 meters x 4.0 meters Clean up edges Grade down base Apply 4” packed crush Apply weed killer Apply SSI (adhesive) to face of existing asphalt Apply 4” asphalt packed to make flush to old/existing asphalt. iii) Area C – Patch by Primary Clarifier (see Exhibit 3 photographs) Work shall include the following: Area of work is approx. 4.4 meters x 3.6 meters Clean up edges – cut to make a clean edge if needed Grade down base Apply 4” packed crush Apply weed killer Apply SSI (adhesive) to face of existing asphalt Apply 4” asphalt packed to make flush to old/existing asphalt. iv) Area D – Patch by Fermenter (see Exhibit 4 photographs) Work shall include the following: Area of work is approx. 0.9 meters x 3.5 meters Clean up edges – cut to make a clean edge if needed Grade down base Apply 4” packed crush Apply weed killer Apply SSI (adhesive) to face of existing asphalt Apply 4” asphalt packed to make flush to old/existing asphalt. v) Area E – Main Driveway (see Exhibit 5 photographs) Work shall include the following: Area of work is approx. 6.8 meters x 34.0 meters Clean up edges – cut to make a clean edge if needed Grade down base Apply 4” packed crush Apply weed killer Apply SSI (adhesive) to face of existing asphalt Apply 4” asphalt packed to make flush to old/existing asphalt. vi) Area F – Patch by mailbox at top of driveway (see Exhibit 6 photographs) Work shall include the following: Area of work is approx. 3.2 meters x 1.3 meters Clean up edges – cut to make a clean edge if needed Grade down base Apply 4” packed crush Apply weed killer Apply SSI (adhesive) to face of existing asphalt Apply 4” asphalt packed to make flush to old/existing asphalt.
