The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing 12kV lead cables that exist in looped circuits LA5/MA5 and tie circuit LM2/ML2 between Substation M and EMH 1; removal and disposal of existing 12kV lead cables that exist in looped circuit LB5/MB5 between Substation M and EMH Eø3.2; replace existing 12kV lead cables with medium voltage (15kV) compact strand EPR type cables; asbestos abatement; splices; terminations; dewatering; labeling; and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications. Questions Deadline: 09/26/2023 PN-K237O8O2 Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Vernon Shiroma via E-mail at vshiroma@hawaii.edu The work to be done shall include performing all operations and furnishing all equipment, fixtures, appliances, tools, materials, and labor necessary to execute, complete, and deliver all of the work and related items required for the project as called for on the drawings and as hereinafter specified.
