Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 138,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 1,500-seat educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
The New Rangeview 10-12 Senior High School, in South Calgary, will benefit the students and community of Rangeview and Seton. Alberta Infrastructure shall build the new high school on behalf of the Calgary Roman Catholic Separate School Division. The school will have an opening capacity and full build out of 1525 students. The total gross floor area of 12,840 m2 which consists exclusively of permanent core construction. There will be no modular classrooms for this project. This project will be LEED Silver.
