MA12-12 Elevator Upgrade at Belmont Tower All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 09/22/2023 at 5:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 10/06/2023 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of elevator machinery, elevator cab, elevator controls, and modernization of associated electrical and HVAC infrastructure serving the machine room, shaft and elevator system. The Work under the Contract consists of in general but not limited to: 1. This project includes the refurbishment of two (2) existing traction passenger elevators located in Belmont Tower, 40 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA. This work is expected to include replacement of the elevator machinery and upgrades to elevator controls. 2. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 3. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal and Local Codes and Regulations
