Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/29 04:00:00 PM NDT .1 Provide all labour, material, plant, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, permits and administration to perform the work outlined below and described in greater detail in the specification and drawings attached herto and forming part of the documents for this project. 2.Contractor to provide NL Housing with a copy of all permits required and Certificates of Inspections prior to release of payments of the contract. .3 All work is to be completed in accordance with all related specifications attached. .4 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings is estimated and for bidding purposes only. 5.Contractor to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the current edition of the National Building Code of Canada. NLHC is required by the Public Procurement Regulations under the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Procurement Act to apply a ten percent (10%) reduction to the pricing submitted by provincial suppliers for the purposes of evaluating pricing. This reduction will only be applied when the evaluation includes submissions from non-provincial suppliers.
