Project will be awarded early December. Senecal Apartment Siding and Trim Replacement Phase III Section 050001 Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron The Project consists of: Replacement of aluminum siding with vinyl siding, removal of existing wood siding having lead paint, and replacement and addition of wooden entry porches with steel and wood structures. The work is estimated to cost $788,084, including the cost of all alternates. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Removal of existing aluminum siding and underlying lead-paint-bearing wood siding and trim, etc., down to sheathing, and installation of new vinyl and composite siding, along with and replacement of wood porches with steel framed and wood porches, canopies and railings. 2. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect Question Deadline 09/28/2023
