Site work for a municipal facility in Viceroy, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work is estimated to include: 3700 m3 of Imported Fill to Embankment (imported fill is clay material obtained from the borrow source, supplied by the municipality); 600m3 Stockpile to Embankment; 6400m2 of Topsoil Cover (150mm) and Seeding to Grass; 250 m2 of Erosion Control Blanket; 3750 m3 of Excavation to Stockpile and Replacement; and Remove and dispose 280m of Barbed-wire Fence. Bids must be accompanied by a Letter of Consent issued by a duly licensed Surety Company AND a Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Estimated Amount made payable to the Owner. Preference may be given to Bids that include completion dates prior to October 31, 2023. The lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted. Technical inquiries by Bidders are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions or clarifications must be received by the Engineer not less than four (4) Working Days before the time set in the BID SUBMISSION. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity.
