1. The Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W519TC-23-Q-2228 for the AC DC Motor Repair and Parts IAW the Scope of Work (SOW) in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The will be an unpriced purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.302-2 awarded to the lowest price based on the Total Evaluated Price per Attachment 0002- Price Matrix. 2. ALL Shall submit proof of personnel training/certification of AMS 2750, performing AC and DC electric motor repairs and calibrations, to be eligable for award. Clause 52.223-22 must be filled-in and submitted with quote. 3. A Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will be appointed upon award to monitor performance. 4. This contract will consist of one Base Year and Four evaluated Option Years. Standard Commercial warranty for repair parts and labor. Warranty shall begin upon final acceptable of the repairs under this order. 6.
