Solicitation Number: ESC-0454-23 Solicitation Title: ATHLETIC FIELD AT BARCO FIELD AT MARY LENA GIBBS PARK NO CHARGE Solicitation Type: Contractual Services and Supplies Synopsis: The City of Jacksonville (City) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to manage and provide programming at the following City-owned athletic field(s): Barco Field at Mary Lena Gibbs, 6974 Wilson Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32210. Management and programming should reflect community needs and benefit the neighborhood and community. Programming may include athletic activities for all ages and/or youth. Programming for youth should mentor youth from all walks.
