Staff evaluating Alternative 3 from the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), and the August 2018 draft developed detailed costs for this alternative. There is identified grant funding available. This project is included in the county’s fy 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program. As of September 28, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
