A Labor and Material Bond shall be bound unto the people of the City of Dearborn in an amount of not less than 100% of the contract price for the protection of subcontractors, material suppliers and labor. *The City reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids; also to waive formal defects in bids should it deem it for the best interests of the City to do so.
