Reference Number 0000330795 The Contractor shall provide miscellaneous fuel pump repairs for the City on an as-needed basis. b) Response time for repairs must be within 24 hours of initial call by a City representative. c) The Contractor must be available to perform emergency repairs after normal business hours and on holidays. d) The Contractor must be available and provide a contact person for emergency issues/problems. e) Contractor shall be required to maintain a sufficient quantity of common replacement and repair parts necessary for service. The services shall be provided without interruption due to a lack of parts or other supplies. Consistent, documented delays, due to lack of on-hand parts shall be grounds to terminate this contract. f) The Contractor shall also provide Fuel Pump Calibration services. g) Calibration must be completed by within 2-3 weeks of award of contract. h) The tolerance for fuel pump calibration is plus or minus (+/-) 6 cubic inches per 5 gallons of product.
