Question Acceptance Deadline 11/21/2023 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 2 % - Performance Bond 100 % SPECIFICATIONS / SCOPE OF SERVICES: The successful Respondent (Contractor) shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to accomplish the following work except as otherwise identified below. Hubbard Manor East - Boiler Replacement 1. Replacement of the two (2) atmospheric boilers with new, high efficiency boilers. The new system will consist of new boilers, boiler pumps (2), system pumps (3), piping, venting, and controls. 2. Coordinate delivery and receipt of the (2) atmospheric boilers 3. Testing, adjusting, and balancing of all new pumps All questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing contact .
