Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dearborn, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and theater / auditorium.
As of 1/4/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Reference Number 0000337370 Bids are being solicited by the City of Dearborn for the installation of new ceiling tiles, LED light fixtures, and recessed light fixtures in the Community Room and Theater Room at Hubbard Manor East, located at 5500 Calhoun, Dearborn MI. The City of Dearborn requires installation of new ceiling tiles, 2' x 2' LED light fixtures, and recessed light fixtures in the Community Room and Theater at Hubbard Manor East. The existing ceiling tiles and grid system are original to the building and repairs and repainting have been completed in the past but the deteriorated condition warrants replacement with new more moisture resistant materials. Existing ceiling lighting fixtures are to be removed and wiring properly terminated where abandoned, new fixtures are to be installed according to the attached ceiling layout.
